BRECCIA SARDA / DAINO REALE marble may require special treatments such as vacuum resining with epoxy resins. Our new complete plant, composed of a modern compact automatic resining line, is able to strengthen and consolidate the slabs intended mainly for interior design.
SURFACE TREATMENT
This marble boasts a remarkable ease of cleaning and maintenance but being still a natural stone, water-repellent and other specific products can ensure greater aesthetic and finishing longevity.

BIOPELSPARITE
CLASSIFICATION AND GEOLOGICAL FORMATION
This marble is a sedimentary rock originated from a carbon formation dating back to the Jurassic-Cretaceous period present in Mount Tuttavista in Orosei – Sardinia. It is characterized by an alternation of layers of limestone marble and Dolomite marble, embellished with finest veins of calcite and onyx foils. Shells, fossils, shells, seaweed and minerals are crystallized in stone.
EXTRACTION
It is a marble extracted in Italy, Sardinia, in the province of Nuoro, in Orosei, the only site in the world of Daino quarries. A succession of limestone and Dolomite banks constitutes the Monte Tuttavista (805 m above s.l.) with an extension to the northeast. Orosei marbles are distinguished by product varieties, quarry reserves and extract quantity amount.
